Your Role in the Team

Be part of our client’s team as a Epicor Kinetic Developer, where you will combine technical expertise and functional knowledge to support process definition, implement new modules and workflows, customize reports and dashboards, provide end-user training, and ensure system performance meets organizational goals while driving business efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 to 5 years of direct Epicor Kinetic development experience
• Proven track record supporting ERP implementations and end-user training in manufacturing or operations-driven environments
• Hands-on experience with BPM, BAQs, dashboards, SSRS, and ERP process customization

Skills & Abilities:

• Expertise in Epicor Kinetic development within a cloud environment
• Strong proficiency in BPM coding, SSRS report writing, BAQ creation, and dashboard development
• Knowledge of core Epicor Kinetic modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) with ability to support process mapping and optimization
• Familiarity with C#, SQL, JSON, and API integrations related to Epicor customizations
• Experience with Automation Studio (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Effective communication skills for training and cross-department collaboration
• Project management experience implementing new ERP modules and enhancements

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Develop, customize, and maintain Epicor Kinetic functionality in a cloud environment, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance
• Design and implement BPM workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency
• Create and maintain SSRS reports, BAQs, and dashboards to provide actionable business insights
• Manage Epicor upgrades, test customizations, and validate solutions in coordination with IT and business teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate needs into Epicor solutions, and document processes
• Provide training and support to end users on new modules, processes, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to implement new Epicor modules and integrate with other business systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epicor functionality, customizations, and reports
• Ensure ERP development adheres to best practices, compliance requirements, and data security standards
• Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations
